新年の恒例行事として、2026年1月11日（日）、地域交流を目的とした新春もちつきを開催しました。

当日は、水田オーナー制度で栽培された「DAIWA米」を使用したつきたてのお餅をぜんざいにして、来場者の皆様に振る舞いました。

もちつきの運営・準備には、『FC BASARA HYOGO』の選手の皆さまにもご参加いただき、会場を大いに盛り上げてくださいました。

また、同クラブの理事を務める元サッカー日本代表の岡崎慎司様が、地域や企業への感謝を伝えたいとの想いからサプライズでご参加くださいました。

ご多忙の中にもかかわらず、写真撮影やサインにもご対応いただき、来場者や当社社員との交流を深めていただきました。

雪がちらつく寒さの中、多くの地域の皆様にご参加いただき、心より御礼申し上げます。

当社は今後も地域とのつながりを大切にし、さまざまな取り組みを通じて社会に貢献してまいります。

As part of our annual New Year tradition, we held a mochi-pounding event on Sunday, January 11, 2026, aimed at promoting community engagement.

At the event, freshly pounded mochi made from “DAIWA Rice,” cultivated through our rice paddy owner program, was served as sweet red bean soup (zenzai) to all visitors.

Players from FC BASARA HYOGO participated in the preparation and operation of the event, greatly energizing the atmosphere. Additionally, Mr. Shinji Okazaki, a former member of the Japan national football team and a board member of the club, made a surprise appearance to express his gratitude to the local community and supporting companies. Despite his busy schedule, he kindly took time for photo sessions and autograph signings, helping to strengthen relationships with visitors and our employees.

Despite the chilly weather with snowflakes falling, we sincerely thank the many local residents who joined us.

Our company remains committed to valuing our connection with the community and contributing to society through various initiatives. We kindly ask for your continued support and cooperation.

 

 

新年のスタートにあたり、1月10日（土）、新年研修会を開催しました。

当日は、全国からグループ各社の社員が一堂に会し、久しぶりの再会を喜びました。

冒頭では、グループ各社の代表より新年の挨拶があり、新しい一年に向けた想いや方針が共有されました。

続いて、摩耶山天上寺の貫主さまをお迎えし、日々の仕事や生活にも通じる心構えについてご講話をいただきました。普段の業務では得られない気づきがあり、非常に有意義な時間となりました。

その後の外部コンサルタントによる講話では、コーチングをテーマに、今後の業務に活かせる考え方や具体的な取り組みについて学びました。参加者一人ひとりが、社員同士のコミュニケーションの重要性を改めて認識する機会となりました。

本研修会を通じて、社員一人ひとりが共通の認識を持ち、前向きな気持ちで新たな一年をスタートすることができました。

今後も社員の成長と組織力のさらなる向上を目指し、継続的に人材育成に取り組んでまいります。

 

 

At the start of the new year, we held our New Year Training Session on Saturday, January 10.

On the day, employees from our group companies across Japan gathered together and enjoyed reuniting with colleagues they had not seen for some time.

At the opening of the session, representatives from each group company delivered New Year’s greetings and shared their thoughts and policies for the year ahead.

Next, we welcomed the Chief Priest of Maya-san Tenjo-ji Temple, who delivered a talk on attitudes and mindsets applicable to both our daily work and everyday life. The session provided valuable insights that cannot be gained through routine work, making it a highly meaningful experience.

This was followed by a lecture from an external consultant on the theme of coaching, where participants learned practical approaches and perspectives that can be applied to their future work. The session also served as an opportunity for each participant to reaffirm the importance of communication among employees.

Through this training session, each employee was able to share a common understanding and begin the new year with a positive mindset.

Going forward, we will continue to focus on human resource development, aiming to further enhance employee growth and strengthen our organization.

新年のスタートを飾る恒例行事として、2026年1月6日、ダイワ運輸本社にて出発式を執り行いました。

社長および役員、各グループ会社代表者が、全社に向けて新年の抱負や方針について説明を行いました。

社長は昨年度を振り返り、最前線で働くドライバーへの感謝を伝え、

「高品質の追求、努力と成果を正当に評価する公平性や透明性を意識し、働きがいのある職場づくりを進めていく」と述べました。

続いて、今年度の抱負として「2026年を『さらなる飛躍を遂げる年』と位置づけ、社員一丸となって安全や品質の向上に取り組む」と方針が示されました。

出発式の最後には、今年一年の決意を新たに、全社一丸となって取り組んでいくことを確認いたしました。

当社は、より一層の飛躍を目指して邁進してまいります。皆さまのご支援を賜りますよう、よろしくお願い申し上げます。

 

 

As a traditional event marking the start of the new year, Daiwa Express Co., Ltd. held its 2026 Kickoff Ceremony on January 6, 2026, at the company’s head office.　During the ceremony, the President, executive officers, and representatives of each group company shared their aspirations and management policies for the new year with all employees.　Reflecting on the past fiscal year, the President expressed his sincere appreciation to the drivers working on the front lines and stated that the company will continue to pursue high-quality services while fostering a fair and transparent workplace where efforts and achievements are properly recognized, creating a rewarding and fulfilling work environment.　He also outlined the company’s vision for the year ahead, positioning 2026 as “a year of further growth,” and emphasized that all employees will work together as one team to enhance safety and service quality.　At the conclusion of the ceremony, all participants reaffirmed their commitment to the year ahead, united in their determination to move forward together.　Daiwa Express will continue to strive for greater growth and advancement, and we sincerely appreciate your continued support and cooperation.
