新年のスタートを飾る恒例行事として、2026年1月6日、ダイワ運輸本社にて出発式を執り行いました。

社長および役員、各グループ会社代表者が、全社に向けて新年の抱負や方針について説明を行いました。

社長は昨年度を振り返り、最前線で働くドライバーへの感謝を伝え、

「高品質の追求、努力と成果を正当に評価する公平性や透明性を意識し、働きがいのある職場づくりを進めていく」と述べました。

続いて、今年度の抱負として「2026年を『さらなる飛躍を遂げる年』と位置づけ、社員一丸となって安全や品質の向上に取り組む」と方針が示されました。

出発式の最後には、今年一年の決意を新たに、全社一丸となって取り組んでいくことを確認いたしました。

当社は、より一層の飛躍を目指して邁進してまいります。皆さまのご支援を賜りますよう、よろしくお願い申し上げます。

 

 

As a traditional event marking the start of the new year, Daiwa Express Co., Ltd. held its 2026 Kickoff Ceremony on January 6, 2026, at the company’s head office.　During the ceremony, the President, executive officers, and representatives of each group company shared their aspirations and management policies for the new year with all employees.　Reflecting on the past fiscal year, the President expressed his sincere appreciation to the drivers working on the front lines and stated that the company will continue to pursue high-quality services while fostering a fair and transparent workplace where efforts and achievements are properly recognized, creating a rewarding and fulfilling work environment.　He also outlined the company’s vision for the year ahead, positioning 2026 as “a year of further growth,” and emphasized that all employees will work together as one team to enhance safety and service quality.　At the conclusion of the ceremony, all participants reaffirmed their commitment to the year ahead, united in their determination to move forward together.　Daiwa Express will continue to strive for greater growth and advancement, and we sincerely appreciate your continued support and cooperation.

The DX Holdings Group aims to realize a safe and secure transportation society for everyone. As part of this effort, we support the activities of the Kobe Subaru Association (Association for Supporting Children Orphaned by Traffic Accidents in Kobe). 2025年12月16日（火）、ダイワ運輸 南港営業所にて、スカニア　トラクターヘッド　5台の納車式を執り行いました。

今年度の新車導入は、スカニア以外の車両も含め、28台となりました。

今後も継続的な新車導入を予定しています。

DXホールディングスグループでは、今後も最新鋭の車両や機能、システムを積極的に導入し、企業理念である「高品質な輸送サービスの提供を通じて、持続可能で豊かな社会の実現に貢献する」を目指し、業務に努めてまいります。

今回の納車にあたり、ご支援いただきました関係者の皆さまに心より感謝申し上げます。

On Tuesday, December 16, 2025, a delivery ceremony was held at Daiwa Express’s Nanko Branch for five Scania tractor heads.

With this addition, the total number of new vehicles introduced this fiscal year, including non-Scania models, has reached 28.

We plan to continue introducing new vehicles on an ongoing basis.

The DX Holdings Group will continue to proactively introduce state-of-the-art vehicles, functions, and systems, and will strive in its operations to achieve its corporate philosophy of “contributing to the realization of a sustainable and prosperous society through the provision of high-quality transportation services.”

DXホールディングスグループは、過疎化・高齢化が進む中山間地域の農業を守るため、農業法人あっぷふぁーむが運営する「水田オーナーズクラブ」に参加しています。

この活動を通じて、地域農家の支援や水田保全に取り組み、生物多様性の維持や地域環境の保全へ貢献しています。

また、当グループが展開するDAIWAファームでは、環境に配慮した農法で育てたお米を収穫し、社員や関係者への福利厚生としてお届けしています。

地域の農業を守るだけでなく、社員や関係者の生活にも役立つ取り組みとなっています。

今後も、地域とともに農業の未来を育む活動を継続し、持続可能な社会の実現に向けた取り組みを推進してまいります。

 

DX Holdings Group participates in the “Paddy Field Owners Club,” operated by the agricultural corporation Appfarm, to support agriculture in mountainous regions facing depopulation and an aging population. Through this initiative, we assist local farmers and work to preserve paddy fields, contributing to the maintenance of biodiversity and the protection of the regional environment.　In addition, DAIWA Farm, operated by our group, harvests rice grown using environmentally friendly farming methods and provides it to employees and related parties as part of our employee welfare program. This initiative not only helps preserve local agriculture but also benefits the daily lives of our employees and partners.　Going forward, we will continue to cultivate the future of agriculture together with local communities and promote initiatives aimed at realizing a sustainable society.
