埼玉営業所 納車式 ~Truck Delivery Ceremony Held at Saitama Sales Office~

2026年5月7日（木）、ダイワ運輸 埼玉営業所にて、三菱ふそう冷蔵ウイング4台とスカニアトラクターヘッド5台の納車式を執り行いました。今年度の新車導入は、通算11台となります。
今後も継続的な新車導入を予定しています。

On Thursday, May7, 2026, a delivery ceremony was held at the Saitama Sales Office of Daiwa Express for four Mitsubishi Fuso Refrigerated Wing Trucks and five Scania tractor heads.

2026年度 新規学卒者を対象とした環境教育研修を実施 ~Environmental Education Training for New Employees (FY2026)~
持続可能な社会の実現に向けた次世代育成の一環として、株式会社中国銀行が提供する環境教育プログラム「ちゅうぎんグリーンワークショップ」を実施いたしました。
本研修は、脱炭素社会（カーボンニュートラル）への理解を深めるとともに
、物流を担う当事者としての具体的な行動変容を促すことを目的としています。
2050年のカーボンニュートラル達成に向け、社会の経済活動と環境の変化のプロセスを模擬体験するワークショップを行い、実社会に即した判断の難しさを実感いたしました。
当初、参加者は与えられた目標達成を優先していましたが、ワークシ
ョップが進行するにつれ、周囲との協力や対話が社会全体の持続可能性の維持に不可欠であると共通認識を得ることができました。
この認識を契機に自発的な情報共有や意見交換が行われるようになり、複雑な社会課題の解決には対話による合意形成が鍵であることを再認識する機会となりました。
本研修を通じて培われた広い視野と当事者意識は、物流のプロフェッショナルとして業務を遂行する上での基礎となると確信しております。
当社は今後も社員一人ひとりの成長を支援し、一丸となって持続可能な社会の実現に貢献してまいります 。
As part of our commitment to fostering the next generation and realizing a sustainable society, we conducted the “Chugin Green Workshop,” an environmental education program provided by The Chugoku Bank, Ltd.
The primary objective of this training was to deepen participants’ understanding of a decarbonized society and to encourage concrete behavioral change as stakeholders in the logistics industry.
Through a simulation workshop modeling economic activities and environmental changes leading toward the achievement of carbon neutrality by 2050, participants experienced firsthand the complexity of decision-making in modern society.
Initially, participants focused primarily on achieving their assigned goals. However, as the workshop progressed, they developed a shared understanding that cooperation and dialogue with others are indispensable to maintaining the sustainability of society as a whole.
This realization led to voluntary information sharing and active discussions, reaffirming that consensus-building through dialogue is essential to addressing complex social challenges.
We are confident that the broad perspective and sense of ownership cultivated through this training will serve as a vital foundation for employees in carrying out their responsibilities as logistics professionals.
Our company will continue to support the growth of each employee while working together as one organization to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society.

On Wednesday, April 22, 2026, a delivery ceremony was held at the Kobe Sales Office of Daiwa Express for Two Mitsubishi Fuso Low-Floor Refrigerated Wing Trucks .
(These vehicles are the first new trucks to be introduced to the Kobe Sales Office fleet in the current fiscal year.)

2026年4月度 合同新人研修を実施 ~Joint New Employee Training Held in April 2026~

2026年4月18日より2日間、グループ各社の新入社員を対象とした合同新人研修を実施いたしました。
本研修は、当グループの企業理念への理解を深めるとともに、プロドライバーとして不可欠な知識・技能、ならびに高い安全意識の醸成を目的として継続的に開催しているものです。
研修では、安全運行に関する社内ルールや運行管理上の留意事項を共有し、日常業務における安全意識の徹底を図りました。
また、タイヤの構造や摩耗判定、点検整備の要点といった専門知識の習得に加え、冬期走行を想定したタイヤチェーン装着実習など、現場で活きる実践的な技術指導を行いました。
当グループは今後も継続的な人材育成を通じて技術力と安全意識を研鑽し、社会に信頼いただける高品質な物流サービスの提供に努めてまいります。
From April 18, 2026, we conducted a two-day joint training program for new employees from across our Group companies.
This program is held on an ongoing basis to deepen participants’ understanding of the Group’s corporate philosophy while fostering the essential knowledge, skills, and strong safety awareness required of professional drivers.
During the training, participants reviewed internal rules related to safe operations and key considerations in transportation management, reinforcing the importance of maintaining a high level of safety awareness in daily operations.
In addition, participants gained specialized knowledge in areas such as tire structure, wear assessment, and key inspection and maintenance procedures.
They also received practical, hands-on training directly applicable to real-world operations, including tire chain installation exercises designed for winter driving conditions.
Going forward, our Group will continue to enhance technical expertise and strengthen safety awareness through ongoing human resource development initiatives, while striving to provide high-quality logistics services trusted by customers and society alike.
菅原義正氏および日野チームスガワラよりラリーレース参戦のご報告～Report on the 2026 Rally Achievements of Yoshimasa Sugawara and Hino Team Sugawara～

当社がスポンサーを務める、菅原義正氏（2026アフリカ・エコレース）および日野チームスガワラ（ダカール・ラリー2026）より、参戦報告をいただきました。世界一過酷なモータースポーツに挑み続ける両者の雄姿をご報告いたします。
菅原義正氏は、「The RALLY is my life」という信念を掲げ、84歳の今も現役ラリードライバーとして活躍されています。 「2026アフリカ・エコレース」は、過酷な環境下で約6,000kmのコースを走るラリーレースであり、菅原氏はOpenカテゴリーで完走13位という成績を収められました。
軽量小型車での完走自体が偉業であり、順位という数字を超え、挑戦に年齢は関係ないことを証明されたその姿は、私たちに大きな勇気を与えてくれました。
日野チームスガワラは、世界一過酷なラリーレースと称される「ダカール・ラリー2026」へ参戦されました。サウジアラビアで7回目の開催となった今大会は、15日間、総走行距離8,000kmに及ぶ激闘が繰り広げられました。悪路が多く、厳しい戦いが予想される中、悪路走行性・車両の信頼耐久性・エンジンのパワーアップなどの改良を加え完走し、トラック部門15位という成績を収めました。完走率が50％を下回ることも珍しくない過酷な環境下で、連続完走記録を35回に伸ばされました。
悪路やトラブルといった極限の環境下で、一歩先を見据え、確かな判断でハンドルを握り続ける両者の姿勢は、日本の物流インフラを支える私たちの現場精神と深く共鳴するものです。

We are pleased to report the achievements of Mr. Yoshimasa Sugawara and Hino Team Sugawara, both of whom our company proudly sponsors, following their participation in the 2026 Africa Eco Race and the Dakar Rally 2026. Both continue to take on what are widely regarded as the world’s most grueling motorsport events, and we are honored to share their accomplishments.
Mr. Yoshimasa Sugawara, guided by his belief that “The Rally is my life,” remains an active rally driver at the age of 84. In the 2026 Africa Eco Race—an endurance rally covering approximately 6,000 km under extreme conditions—he secured an impressive 13th-place finish in the Open category. Successfully completing such a race in a lightweight, compact vehicle is a remarkable achievement in itself. Beyond the ranking, his performance demonstrates that age is no barrier to embracing challenges and continues to inspire us all.
Hino Team Sugawara competed in the Dakar Rally 2026, often described as the most demanding rally in the world. Held in Saudi Arabia for the seventh time, this year’s rally spanned 15 days and covered a total distance of 8,000 km. Despite the harsh terrain, the team implemented improvements in off-road capability, vehicle durability, and engine performance. As a result, they secured 15th place in the truck category, extending their consecutive finishing record to 35 races. In an environment where the completion rate often falls below 50%, this achievement underscores the team’s exceptional reliability.
In the face of extreme conditions, including rough terrain and unexpected mechanical challenges, both Mr. Sugawara and Hino Team Sugawara maintain steady and decisive control behind the wheel. Their resilience strongly resonates with our own commitment to supporting the front lines of Japan’s logistics infrastructure. Our company will continue to support Mr. Yoshimasa Sugawara and Hino Team Sugawara as sponsors, standing alongside them as they take on new challenges, while striving to contribute to society as professionals in the logistics industry.
