弊社グループでは、従業員の健康を企業価値向上の基盤と捉え、健康管理体制の整備および健康増進施策の充実に取り組んでおります。

ダイワ運輸株式会社は2023年より、DXホールディングス株式会社は2024年より、健康経営優良法人（中小規模法人部門）の認定を受け、継続的に健康経営を推進してまいりました。
2025年に新設された「ネクストブライト1000」においては、両社とも初年度より認定を受け、2026年も引き続き認定を受けることができました。
兵庫県に属する企業（数万社）のうち、ネクストブライト1000以上の認定を受けたのは上位50社ですので、その一員に選ばれ光栄に受け止めています。

本制度は、従業員の健康保持・増進において特に優れた取り組みを行っている法人を選定するものです。弊社グループは今後も、従業員が安心して働くことができる職場環境の整備を進めるとともに、持続的な企業成長と社会への貢献を目指してまいります。

Initiatives to Support Employee Health
– Recognition as a “Next Bright 1000” KENKO Investment for Health –

Our group regards employee health as a fundamental driver of corporate value and is committed to strengthening its health management systems and enhancing initiatives that support employee well-being.

Daiwa Express Co., Ltd. has been certified as a KENKO Investment for Health (Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Category) since 2023, and DX Holdings Co., Ltd. since 2024. Both companies were also recognized under the “Next Bright 1000” category, established in 2025, and have continued to receive this recognition in 2026. Among the tens of thousands of companies in Hyogo Prefecture, only 50 have been recognized at the Next Bright 1000 level or higher, and we are honored to be included among them.

This program recognizes organizations that demonstrate excellence in initiatives to maintain and promote employee health.
Our group will continue to develop a workplace environment in which employees can work with confidence, while striving for sustainable growth and contributing to society.

DXホールディングスグループは、過疎化・高齢化が進む中山間地域の農業を守るため、農業法人あっぷふぁーむが運営する「水田オーナーズクラブ」に参加しています。

この活動を通じて、地域農家の支援や水田保全に取り組み、生物多様性の維持や地域環境の保全へ貢献しています。

また、当グループが展開するDAIWAファームでは、環境に配慮した農法で育てたお米を収穫し、社員や関係者への福利厚生としてお届けしています。

地域の農業を守るだけでなく、社員や関係者の生活にも役立つ取り組みとなっています。

今後も、地域とともに農業の未来を育む活動を継続し、持続可能な社会の実現に向けた取り組みを推進してまいります。

DX Holdings Group participates in the “Paddy Field Owners Club,” operated by the agricultural corporation Appfarm, to support agriculture in mountainous regions facing depopulation and an aging population. Through this initiative, we assist local farmers and work to preserve paddy fields, contributing to the maintenance of biodiversity and the protection of the regional environment.　In addition, DAIWA Farm, operated by our group, harvests rice grown using environmentally friendly farming methods and provides it to employees and related parties as part of our employee welfare program. This initiative not only helps preserve local agriculture but also benefits the daily lives of our employees and partners.　Going forward, we will continue to cultivate the future of agriculture together with local communities and promote initiatives aimed at realizing a sustainable society.
