2025年8月 ダイワ運輸 合同新人研修がおこなわれました。

職種や業務の経験年数に関わらず、DXホールディングス及びダイワ運輸へ新しく入社された方全員を対象におこなわれる「合同新人研修」 。

同研修では、ダイワ運輸の企業理念をはじめ「社員としての在り方」や「運送への取り組み」「外部講師を招いての講習・実車を使用した点検」など、輸送・従業員・企業の三品質を高めるために必要なことを学びます。

今回も2日間の研修を修了し、改めて「お客様に高い品質のサービスを提供する」ための学びをおこない、受講者一同研修で学んだことを活かして、今後も業務の高度化を図ってまいります。

 

 

 

Daiwa Express hosted a joint training program for new employees in August 2025.
The program welcomes all new colleagues who join DX Holdings and Daiwa Express, regardless of their role or prior experience.

Through the program, new employees learn about Daiwa Express’s corporate philosophy, the expected role and mindset of employees, approaches to safe and reliable transportation, and hands-on training such as lectures from external specialists and vehicle inspection exercises. These initiatives aim to strengthen the three key qualities of our business: transportation, our people, and the company.

Once again, our new employees successfully completed the two-day training program, gaining valuable knowledge to help us deliver the highest quality service to our customers. Building on what they have learned, they will continue striving to further enhance and refine our operations.
