持株会社への管理業務移行のお知らせ

陽春の候、いよいよご清祥のこととお慶び申し上げます。平素は格別のご高配を賜り、厚く御礼申し上げます。
さて、弊社ダイワ運輸グループは、2022年度より持株会社体制への移行を進めて参りましたが、2023年4月1日よりグループ各社の本社機能、管理業務機能をDXホールディングス株式会社へと移行させましたことを、改めてここにご報告致します。

今後はDXホールディングス株式会社がグループ各社の経営管理、資産管理、金融統括、間接業務の受託を担って参ります。
これにより、当グループを取り巻く事業環境や経営環境が大きく変化する中、今後の中長期的な成長、企業価値向上を実現するべく、今まで以上にグループ全社員が一丸となって努めて参る所存です。

Notice of Transfer of Administrative Operations to Holding Company

We hope that the season of spring is finally here and that all is well with you. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support.

Our Daiwa Express Group has been transitioning to a holding company structure since fiscal year 2022. We are pleased to announce that effective April 1, 2023, we have transferred the headquarters functions and administrative functions of each group company to DX Holdings Co., Ltd.

DX Holdings Co., Ltd. will be in charge of asset management, financial control, and indirect operations for each group company from now on.

With this change, while the business and management environment surrounding the Group is undergoing drastic changes, all Group employees will work together more than ever to achieve medium- to long-term growth and increase corporate value.
