2026年6月20日より2日間、グループ内の新入社員を対象とした合同新人研修を実施いたしました。
本研修は、当グループの企業理念への理解を深めるとともに、プロドライバーおよび管理者として不可欠な知識・技能、ならびに高い安全意識の醸成を目的として継続的に開催しているものです。

 

研修では、安全運行に関する社内ルールや運行管理上の留意事項を共通認識として正しく理解し、日常業務における安全意識の徹底を図りました。
また、タイヤの構造や日常点検整備の要点といった専門知識の習得に加え、いかなる天候・季節の変化にも迅速かつ確実に対応できるよう、冬期走行を想定したタイヤチェーン装着実習を行い、現場で活きる実践的な技術指導を実施いたしました。

 

本研修を通じて、高い意識と実践力を備えた人材へと成長し、安全かつ高品質な輸送サービスを提供するプロとしての活躍が期待されます。

On June 20–21, 2026, we held a two-day joint orientation and training program for newly hired employees from across our Group companies.

The program is part of our ongoing employee development initiatives aimed at deepening participants’ understanding of our corporate philosophy and values while providing the essential knowledge, skills, and strong commitment to safety required of professional drivers and transportation managers.

 

During the program, participants received instruction on the Group’s safety policies and operational management practices to reinforce safety awareness in their day-to-day responsibilities.

They also gained specialized knowledge of tire construction, inspection, and maintenance, as well as practical, hands-on training in skills such as installing tire chains for winter driving conditions.

 

Through this program, participants are expected to develop the practical skills, professionalism, and safety awareness needed to provide safe, reliable, and high-quality transportation services.
