On Wednesday, April 1, 2026, DX Holdings Group held its entrance ceremony at its headquarters, welcoming seven new employees.

 

The ceremony opened with remarks from the President and CEO, followed by the presentation of appointment letters by executive officers. A representative of the new employees then delivered a statement of commitment.
The ceremony was conducted in a solemn atmosphere, while also reflecting a sense of anticipation and resolve appropriate for this new beginning.

The establishment of the Saitama Sales Office aims to respond to the increasing logistics demand in the Tokyo metropolitan area and to provide customers with faster and more stable transportation services. 2026年1月24日・25日の2日間、新入社員を対象に合同新人研修を実施いたしました。
本研修は、当社の企業理念を社員一人ひとりが深く理解し、実践できる力を養うことを目的として、定期的に実施しています。

研修では、企業理念や当社の行動規範、安全への考え方を学び、物流サービスを担う企業としての責任や社会的役割の理解と、高い水準での実践力の向上を図りました。
また、日本ミシュランタイヤ株式会社様をはじめとする外部講師のご協力のもと、車両の構造や仕組み、日常点検の基本などの実務技能も身につけ、知識と技能を統合的に習得しています。
参加した新入社員は真剣な表情で講義に臨み、実技では積極的に質問する姿も見られました。

本研修を通じて、企業理念・行動規範・実務技能を学び、高い意識と実践力を備えた人材として成長し、安全かつ高品質な輸送サービスを提供するプロとしての活躍が期待されます。
今後も当社は、社員一人ひとりの育成を通じて、社会に信頼される物流サービスの提供に努めてまいります。

 

 

On January 24 and 25, 2026, we conducted a two-day joint training program for new employees.
This program is held regularly with the aim of helping each employee gain a deep understanding of our corporate philosophy and develop the ability to put it into practice in their daily work.

During the training, participants learned about our corporate philosophy, code of conduct, and approach to safety. Through these sessions, we sought to deepen their understanding of the responsibilities and social role of a company engaged in logistics services, while enhancing their ability to perform at a high professional standard.

With the cooperation of external instructors, including representatives from Japan Michelin Tire Co., Ltd., participants also acquired practical skills such as understanding vehicle structures and mechanisms, as well as the fundamentals of daily vehicle inspections. This enabled them to integrate both knowledge and hands-on skills in a comprehensive manner.

The new employees attended the lectures with serious focus, and during practical sessions they actively asked questions, demonstrating a strong commitment to learning.

Through this training program, participants are expected to grow into professionals equipped with a strong sense of responsibility, practical skills, and a deep understanding of our corporate philosophy and code of conduct, enabling them to deliver safe and high-quality transportation services.
Going forward, we will continue to focus on the development of each employee and strive to provide logistics services that earn the trust of society.

新年の恒例行事として、2026年1月11日（日）、地域交流を目的とした新春もちつきを開催しました。

当日は、水田オーナー制度で栽培された「DAIWA米」を使用したつきたてのお餅をぜんざいにして、来場者の皆様に振る舞いました。

もちつきの運営・準備には、『FC BASARA HYOGO』の選手の皆さまにもご参加いただき、会場を大いに盛り上げてくださいました。

また、同クラブの理事を務める元サッカー日本代表の岡崎慎司様が、地域や企業への感謝を伝えたいとの想いからサプライズでご参加くださいました。

ご多忙の中にもかかわらず、写真撮影やサインにもご対応いただき、来場者や当社社員との交流を深めていただきました。

雪がちらつく寒さの中、多くの地域の皆様にご参加いただき、心より御礼申し上げます。

As part of our annual New Year tradition, we held a mochi-pounding event on Sunday, January 11, 2026, aimed at promoting community engagement.

At the event, freshly pounded mochi made from “DAIWA Rice,” cultivated through our rice paddy owner program, was served as sweet red bean soup (zenzai) to all visitors.

Players from FC BASARA HYOGO participated in the preparation and operation of the event, greatly energizing the atmosphere. Additionally, Mr. Shinji Okazaki, a former member of the Japan national football team and a board member of the club, made a surprise appearance to express his gratitude to the local community and supporting companies. Despite his busy schedule, he kindly took time for photo sessions and autograph signings, helping to strengthen relationships with visitors and our employees.

Despite the chilly weather with snowflakes falling, we sincerely thank the many local residents who joined us.
