DXホールディングスグループは、過疎化・高齢化が進む中山間地域の農業を守るため、農業法人あっぷふぁーむが運営する「水田オーナーズクラブ」に参加しています。

この活動を通じて、地域農家の支援や水田保全に取り組み、生物多様性の維持や地域環境の保全へ貢献しています。

また、当グループが展開するDAIWAファームでは、環境に配慮した農法で育てたお米を収穫し、社員や関係者への福利厚生としてお届けしています。

地域の農業を守るだけでなく、社員や関係者の生活にも役立つ取り組みとなっています。

今後も、地域とともに農業の未来を育む活動を継続し、持続可能な社会の実現に向けた取り組みを推進してまいります。

 

DX Holdings Group participates in the “Paddy Field Owners Club,” operated by the agricultural corporation Appfarm, to support agriculture in mountainous regions facing depopulation and an aging population. Through this initiative, we assist local farmers and work to preserve paddy fields, contributing to the maintenance of biodiversity and the protection of the regional environment.　In addition, DAIWA Farm, operated by our group, harvests rice grown using environmentally friendly farming methods and provides it to employees and related parties as part of our employee welfare program. This initiative not only helps preserve local agriculture but also benefits the daily lives of our employees and partners.　Going forward, we will continue to cultivate the future of agriculture together with local communities and promote initiatives aimed at realizing a sustainable society.

クラブは『必ず行こう、ともに、JFLへ。』の実現に向けて、全国地域チャンピオンズリーグへ挑戦されました。

惜しくもJFL昇格には届きませんでしたが、クラブ一丸となって全力を尽くし戦う姿は、地域に大きな勇気と感動をもたらしてくれました。

With the slogan “必ず行こう、ともに、JFLへ。” (“Let’s go together—onward to the JFL”), the team took on the challenge of the National Regional Champions League. Although they narrowly missed promotion to the JFL, their united effort and wholehearted performance brought tremendous courage and inspiration to the local community.

 

We have received the following message from the club as they conclude the season:

“We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all our sponsors and partners for your unwavering support throughout the season. Thank you very much.　This season, in which we fought together as one, has become a true asset to us.　Although we were unable to deliver the results that our passionate supporters deserved, we will make sure to carry this frustration forward into next season.　With even greater resolve, we will continue our efforts toward achieving promotion to the JFL.　We sincerely appreciate your continued support.”

当社がスポンサーを務める「FC BASARA HYOGO」が、全国地域サッカーチャンピオンズリーグに挑戦されました。

この大会はJFL昇格をかけての大会であり、『必ず行こう、ともに、JFLへ。』の実現に向けて熱い想いを持って挑まれました。

当社としてもこの想いに賛同し、同大会で最高のパフォーマンスを発揮できるようサポートを強化いたしました。

結果、JFL昇格とはなりませんでしたが、クラブ全体で最後まで力を尽くし、熱戦を繰り広げる姿に伴走できたことは、当社にとっても大きな誇りとなりました。

Our company’s sponsored team, FC BASARA HYOGO, participated in the National Regional Football Champions League. This tournament serves as a crucial opportunity for promotion to the JFL (Japan Football League), and the team approached it with a strong sense of determination, striving to realize the goal of “Let’s go together, to the JFL.” We, as a sponsor, fully supported this vision and strengthened our efforts to help the team achieve its best performance in the tournament. Although they narrowly missed out on JFL promotion, we take great pride in having stood alongside the team as they gave their all, fighting passionately until the very end. As a sponsor, we will continue to support the club’s endeavors and contribute to the revitalization of the local community.

 

平素より当社の地域交流活動にご理解とご協力を賜り、誠にありがとうございます。
先日開催いたしました「地域交流会」には、地域の皆さまにご参加いただき、盛況のうちに終了することができました。心より御礼申し上げます。

今年の開催を通じて、いくつかの運営面について見直しを行うことといたしました。
特に抽選会において、１等賞品を主催者である当社社員の家族が引き当てる結果となりました。当イベントの趣旨に照らして不適切であったと反省しております。
「地域の皆さまに楽しんでいただくこと」を目的とした地域交流会の趣旨を踏まえ、次回以降は下記のとおり運営ルールを変更いたします。

【今後の対応について】

●来年度からは、社員およびその家族は抽選会の参加対象外といたします。

●今年の抽選結果につきましては、当選者（社員家族）より賞品相当額を返金のうえ、次年度の抽選会賞品を充実（例：１等賞品を２口に増やすなど）させていただきます。

今回の経験を真摯に受け止め、今後も地域の皆さまにより楽しんでいただける交流の場づくりに努めてまいります。
来年度の「地域交流会」にも、ぜひ多くの皆さまのご参加をお待ちしております。
